On the 60th anniversary, on January 27, 2005, of the liberation of Auschwitz, the Museum agreed for the first time to the filming at the Auschwitz site of performances by internationally renowned musicians.

Hosted by Julianna Margulies, this special brings together the stories of four Jewish Holocaust survivors and the reflections of present-day teens learning the details of the genocide.

The Library Music Film follows record producer, composer and library music enthusiast Shawn Lee as he travels from his recording studio in London, through Europe, and California, USA to search out and interview the great pioneers of library music.

The child of Holocaust survivors, CNN Anchor Wolf Blitzer, takes viewers through the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and beyond, connecting the hours of the Holocaust and their modern parallels and his family story.

A limited DVD (1500 copies) of "Film Music Masters: Jerry Goldsmith" was released in June 2005. Bonus features included extended interviews and 60 minutes of scoring session footage of Mr. Goldsmith working on The River Wild.
